The Carezza Ski lifts are only 100mt away with easy walk and ski-in/ski-out option, as well as nice walking tracks and itineraries. The house is equipped with all comforts and has been completely renovated in 2024, a great option for families. Available for weekly rentals. The space The property has been completely renovated in 2024, featuring an entrance driveway with parking for 2 cars, and space for 1 car in the garage too. The 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower are on the ground floor, whilst the main dining, kitchen and lounge areas are on the first floor. Here you'll also find the spacious second bathroom with the tub, and a small laundry room complete with washing machine and drier. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere and there is a home cinema set up with a pull-down screen. The house has a nice terrace on the back, accessible from the first floor, and a nice private garden in the front. The garage is equipped with holders for skis, boots dryer and sleds available to use. We built it as our family holiday home with lots of love and attention to details and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do! Guest access Independent access through a Keyboard on main door, the entrance code will be provided the day before arrival. The 2 garages also have access codes. Other things to note Animals are not accepted. All rubbish will have to be placed in the big black bin the garage, and this one taken down the road next to the church on departure.
