Guest access Enjoy the common areas of the Cau de Serra Complex: small squares where you can sit and relax outdoors, shaded areas near the pool, outdoor barbecue and a large free shared parking lot. We have a large swimming pool shared with the other houses in the complex. Open from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm during the summer months. CLOSED FROM OCTOBER TO MAY (INCLUDED). Enjoy sunny days with a swim in the middle of nature, or relax in the sun on one of our sun loungers. We issue invoices to companies and freelancers. If you need it, you'll just need to provide us with your billing details when booking. (!) Mandatory cleaning for long stays: To ensure the maintenance and comfort of the accommodation, for stays longer than 15 days, a mandatory cleaning will be carried out every 2 weeks. The cost of each cleaning is €100 and will be requested through Airbnb as an additional payment. Other things to note No pets allowed. The property is accessed by stairs.
