With four bedrooms, two bathing areas and two toilets, the house is ideal for families, friends and larger groups. There are no staff stationed on site. All guests who will actually stay at the property must complete and submit their guest registration information through the designated online system before check-in. During check-in, a guest verification process will be carried out to confirm that the submitted information is accurate and complete, and that the actual guests and number of guests match the registration information and reservation. For security and compliance with applicable regulations and operating requirements, the specific verification procedure will only be provided through the private check-in guide and the on-site system after booking. The door access code will only be issued after all required guest registration and check-in verification procedures have been completed. Check-in cannot be completed if the required information is incomplete or incorrect, if the actual guests or guest count do not match the registration, or if a guest refuses to complete the required verification. Unregistered visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. As this is an unattended property, the accommodation tax must be paid by credit card through the check-in system. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have exclusive use of the entire house. No indoor spaces are shared with the host or other guests. You will have access to the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, first-floor bathroom, separate second-floor shower room, two toilets and laundry area. The property has four bedrooms. The number of bedrooms made available and the bedding arrangements will depend on the number of guests registered on the reservation. Free on-site parking is available for up to four cars, including two spaces under the carport. Locked storage spaces and areas marked for staff use only are not accessible to guests. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Other things to note 【Check-in and check-out】 Check-in is available from 4:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Please contact us in advance if you would like to request early check-in or late check-out. Availability will depend on the reservations and cleaning schedule for that day. Late check-out without prior approval may incur a charge of JPY 5,000 for every 30 minutes to cover additional cleaning arrangements and disruption to the next guests. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 【Guest registration and identity verification】 This property is a legally licensed accommodation. All guests who will actually stay at the property must complete their guest registration information through the designated online system and complete the required identity verification before the check-in date. Under Japanese law, foreign guests who do not have a residential address in Japan must additionally provide their nationality, passport number and a photograph or scanned copy of their passport. Other guests may also be asked to submit valid identification to confirm that their registration information is accurate. During check-in, the system will confirm that the actual guests and number of guests match the registration information and reservation. Visitors are not permitted to enter or stay overnight without prior approval. If you need to add or replace a guest, please contact us before that person enters the property. Depending on the circumstances, we will send a reservation modification request through Airbnb and apply the relevant additional guest charge. If an unregistered or unauthorized person is found to have entered the property, the stay may be terminated immediately, all guests may be required to leave and the incident may be reported to Airbnb. Any refund will be handled in accordance with Airbnb’s policies and applicable rules. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 【No smoking indoors】 Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including the entrance and enclosed entryway. This rule applies to cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products. If indoor smoking results in smoke odour, cigarette butts or burn marks requiring professional deodorizing, special cleaning or repairs, we will request reimbursement for the actual costs. These costs generally start from JPY 30,000 and may increase depending on the extent of the damage. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 【Services during consecutive stays】 Regular cleaning, towel replacement and bed linen replacement are not provided during your stay. A washing machine is available for guests to use. If you need garbage to be collected during your stay, please contact us by message in advance so that collection can be arranged. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 【Garbage and kitchen use】 Please place all garbage in the designated indoor bins or garbage storage area. Do not leave full garbage bags outside. This may attract animals, disturb neighbours or be treated as improper waste disposal. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 【Cleanliness and damage】 Please treat the property, furniture and facilities with care and use them only for their intended purposes. If the property is left excessively dirty, facilities are misused, or any item is lost or damaged, we will request reimbursement through Airbnb for the actual special cleaning, repair or replacement costs. Serious soiling includes, but is not limited to, stained carpets, excessive garbage left inside, smoke odour, cigarette butts, burn marks or any other condition requiring professional treatment. Professional cleaning costs may start from JPY 30,000 and will be calculated according to the actual circumstances. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 【Bulky items and non-household waste】 If you need to dispose of a damaged suitcase, travel bag, ski equipment or any other bulky or non-household waste, please contact us by message in advance. We will help arrange an appropriate disposal method and charge only the actual disposal cost plus a reasonable handling fee. We will inform you of the estimated cost before making the arrangements. Please do not leave these items outside the property, take them to a nearby garbage collection point or discard them in any other public place. Neighbourhood garbage collection points are reserved for designated local residents and must be used in accordance with local rules. Unauthorized disposal of bulky waste may be treated as illegal dumping and may be discovered and reported by local residents, site managers or the police. On a previous occasion, a guest left a damaged suitcase at a nearby garbage collection point, after which the police contacted us regarding the incident. Therefore, please contact us before disposing of any bulky item. If any bulky item or non-household waste is left inside the property, around the property or at a nearby garbage collection point without prior notice, an additional handling and disposal charge of at least JPY 5,000 per item will apply. The final amount will depend on the type and quantity of items and the actual disposal cost. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 【Exterior security cameras】 Exterior security cameras are installed at the building entrances and parking area for guest safety, property protection and verification of the registered guest count. The cameras remain active and record during reservations. The cameras monitor only the exterior entrances and parking area. They do not monitor the interior of the property or any other area where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 【Lost property】 Please carefully check that you have all your belongings before checking out. We cannot guarantee that lost items will be found or stored for an extended period.
