Our welcoming 1915 historic home in North Tacoma is perfectly located a short walk to the University of Puget Sound, charming Proctor district with shopping and farmers market or the 6th Ave restaurant district. Everything you would want for exploring Tacoma or a perfect home base to wander the Olympics and Mt. Rainier. You will love this private upstairs loft with plenty of room to make yourself comfortable. Locking door at the base of the steps and a dedicated bathroom. Make yourself at home! Guest access The entire second floor is dedicated to you with a locking door at the base of the steps. The bathroom at the base of the steps is also dedicated. The kitchen, living and exterior space is shared. Please enjoy use of the home and make yourself comfortable. During your stay I have a living space downstairs, so the living room pictured is all yours with full access. The only times you may see me throughout the day is in our shared kitchen. You are more than welcome to use the refrigerator and freezer, stove, and oven, as well as utensils that are deep cleaned and prepped before guests arrive. I won't be in the kitchen often, besides to make morning coffee or get a snack around breakfast and lunchtime, so, please know it's mainly and mostly yours to enjoy at your leisure.
