The space Le Mas de Gagne is a charming old farmhouse for stays with family or friends. Beautiful living room on the 2nd floor: equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, induction cooktop, oven, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, kettle, kitchen essentials, etc. Table convertible into pool table and lounge. Wood-burning stove. A cozy place to have a good time. Three spacious bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors with 160-cm double beds, TVs, fans, mosquito nets, and radiators. Two of the bedrooms have desks. Two bathrooms and two separate toilets including one on the garden level with a washing machine. Great outdoor spaces. Semi-covered interior courtyard in exposed stone with summer kitchen, hot tub, dining area, and gas-fired plancha. Large courtyard and adjoining garden. Garden furniture, relaxation area and pétanque court. The hot tub is not available in the heart of winter, from November to March. Fiber and WiFi. Private and enclosed car park. Motorcycle garage available on request, motorcyclist friends welcome! Linens and hand towels provided, not renewed during the stay. Cleaning included, not renewed during the stay. Chicken coop with chickens and geese (but no rooster!), so pets not allowed. Guest access Complete and independent accommodation. 6 people max. No additional guests will be accepted. Many walks or bike rides from the farmhouse with a wide view of the mountains. Located in a very small village on the hill facing the Cevennes. No Spa in the middle of winter.
