Enjoy a dip in the pool or one of the four patios overlooking the natural landscape in this six bedroom Spanish style home in the hip and family friendly New Braunfels. The sounds and views of the pool's waterfall and nature follow you inside to the two common areas and six bedrooms that each have a view or patio access. The space There are three bedrooms downstairs: a king master bedroom with a television, a queen master bedroom, and two full beds. Upstairs there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms: two queen bedrooms and a king bedroom. The pool is spacious. It has a wading area and the pool depth is 4 feet and 6 feet deep. The pool is not heated, but the hot tub is heated. Guest access The entire home is available for you to enjoy. Other things to note This is a family home that we would like to share with other families hoping to gather for quality time together. We do not allow parties. No pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed.
