Welcome to a charming cottage of 45 m² in idyllic Villshärad – close to golf courses, nature reserves and to one of Halland's best beaches. The cottage has a smart floor plan, a fresh toilet with sink and shower. Charming outdoor shower is also available with hot water. Kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is room for couples or a smaller family. A short walk takes you to the nice sandy beach and a stone's throw from the cottage you reach nature reserves with marked trails and Sweden's largest sand dune. Villshärad's sandy beach, about 800 meters away. From Villshärad, a bus leaves for downtown Halmstad twice an hour. Guest access Private cottage with 400 square meters of garden. Other things to note The tenant is responsible for emptying garbage and keeping the cottage clean on an ongoing basis, including the dishes, oven/stove. Smoking indoors is not permitted. Before departure, garbage is emptied. (Any sorted waste such as cardboard/recyclables may be left sorted in the kitchen. Surfaces are wiped in spaces and the oven/stove is cleaned.
