The space The ground floor comprises a large open-plan kitchen/dining room and a living room, both with wood-burning stoves, a twin bedroom, a utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, a washroom and a lavatory. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with a king-size double beds and en suite bathrooms and one with twin single beds and a separate bathroom. There is also a bathroom for the downstairs twin room situated on this floor. All of the bathrooms have walk-in showers and all of the bedrooms have views over the garden and to the countryside beyond. The large, south-facing walled garden is accessed by French doors leading from the kitchen dining room and from the living room. There is a stone terrace with teak dining table and chairs and a gas barbecue. Guests can enjoy private use of a large swimming pool safely situated in a separate part of the property (unheated, open from May/June until September, depending on weather conditions, closed daily for 1 hour for maintenance).
