CHECK-IN: 3 PM CHECK-OUT: 12 NOON EARLY CHECK-IN - Allowed provided no prior guest is checking out. LATE CHECK-OUT - Only if there is no one checking in after you. There is a fee of Php1,000 for check-out from 2 pm-5 pm. After 5 pm please book another night. -Please bring a copy of your valid ID or Passport when you check in. NO GOVERNMENT-issued ID or PASSPORT, NO ENTRY. -Please be transparent with your headcount to avoid trouble checking in. We prepare the space based on the declared number of guests, and we need honest guests to help us run this accommodation. -The apartment features a lockbox entry allowing check-in at your convenience from 3 PM onwards. -Cooking is not allowed as it attracts cockroaches, and heating aromatic food is not permitted to avoid a stinky smell in between stays. But you may reheat your go foods. We provide a microwave oven. There are restaurants near the area. -No parties/events or anything that will leave a mark or mess. -SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED - Philippine Law Executive Order 26 prohibits smoking indoors. There is a penalty of P10,000. -The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness on the premises or its facilities. -The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. •Guests will be charged Php1000 for lost keys. •Some of the cabinets are locked for storage purposes. • Please also note that Special Requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. •CCTVs are visible and present in the hallways and common areas of the building.
