In just 20 minutes by car you can reach the Baltic Sea beaches (e.g. Warnemünde, Markgrafenheide), to Rostock in about 15 minutes. 4 SZ, 2 WZ, 1 kitchen, large garden with pond, trampoline, barbecue & fire bowl. Quiet location, many excursion options such as: Karls Erdbeerhof and much more nearby. The space The house can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. The two living rooms create the possibility that, for example, children and adults can find retreats in separate living areas. The large terrace and adjoining pond invite you to cozy breakfast, lunch or alfresco dinner. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 spacious kitchen with a dining table that seats up to 12 people and a living area. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with separate sleeping accommodation for up to 2 people, a foosball table for game nights and 1 bathroom. On the 3,000 m² property, a spacious garden with many lovingly designed niches and seating areas awaits you – ideal for relaxing, reading or simply enjoying. An idyllic natural pond invites you to linger in front of the terrace of the main house. For a change of pace with sports, there is a large recreation room in the attic of the garage with a ping pong table, darts and a punching bag. The bar container (can be booked separately) completes the garden experience and the evening perfectly – ideal for all those who like to be outside. Guest access Welcome to the garden paradise!
