In just 20 minutes by car you can reach the Baltic Sea beaches (e.g. Warnemünde, Markgrafenheide), Rostock in approx. 15 min. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, large garden with pond, trampoline, grill & fire bowl. Quiet location, many excursion options such as: Karls Erdbeerhof and much more nearby. The space The house can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. The two living rooms create the possibility that, for example, children and adults can find retreats in separate living areas. The large terrace and adjoining pond invite you to cozy breakfast, lunch or alfresco dinner. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 spacious kitchen with a dining table that seats up to 12 people and a living area. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with separate sleeping accommodation for up to 2 people, a foosball table for game nights and 1 bathroom. A laundry package can be booked directly with us on request. Price per laundry package/person: 22 euros On 1,800 m² you will find an extensive garden with many lovingly designed niches and seating areas – ideal for relaxing, reading or simply enjoying. An idyllic natural pond invites you to linger in front of the terrace of the main house. For sporting variety, a leisure room with ping pong table, darts and punching bag is available.
