Grandma's House on Broad Street

We offer a spacious and comfy entire first floor home with many amenities to accommodate large families. We are located walking distance to downtown Grove City and Grove City College. There is a fenced in back yard with new lawn furniture, a grill, and fire pit for your enjoyment. We are a short drive to GC Premium Outlets, I-79, and I-80. Our goal is to make this your home away from home and as comfortable as Grandma’s House. There is a separate upstairs 3bdrm unit available also if needed. The space You will be staying in an entire first floor of a two story house. “Grandma’s House” has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen, dining room, two living rooms, a huge secluded fenced in backporch area with a fire pit. We also have a cozy front porch area available for relaxing. You will have two offstreet designated parking spots in the driveway. When you walk in, there is a living room which has a large sectional and a recliner to accommodate approximately 7 guests. There is a 60 inch Roku smart tv. You can log into any streaming apps you subscribe to. Next to the living room, is a dining room with a 6 seating table and two large chairs for additional seating. We also provided two high chairs for young children and a booster seat. The dining room also has a small Cofee Bar with a Keurig (k cups, sugar, creamers and a small variety of tea’s) along with a hot water maker and a juice maker. There is a bookshelf that has a variety of books, playing cards, and board games. Next to the dining room is a fully stocked kitchen with essentials to prepare meals or entertain. Dishes, glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses, baking sheets, crock pot, pots and pans (we tried t think of everything!) There is a dishwasher, microwave, and gas oven. Next to the kitchen is bathroom 1. We have provided bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, blow dryer, curling iron, straightener, and handsoap. (Also small containers of shampoo and conditioner incase needed) Next to bathroom 1 is bedroom. It has a queen bed, two night stands with a USB charging station, huge closet, two chairs, a lugage rack, and a small dresser. Bedroom 2 is als o next to the bathroom 1. It includes a fullsize bed with a single bunk on top. There is a large dresser, small closet, a small desk with a chair, and also a USB charging station on the night stand. Through the kitchen and down a small set of stairs (5 steps that are slightly steep) is the second living room. It has two black leather futons for additional sleeping (with a charging port), a 55 inch Roku smart TV, a desk, and a fire place. Along side the 2nd living room is the 3rd bedroom. It is a King Suite; it has a king bed, small dresser, a chair, a large closet, luggage rack, a sound machine, and two night stands with a USB charging station. It is also next to the 2nd Bathroom which is a full bathroom; including towels, hand towels, wash clothes, blow dryer, curling iron, straightener, and handsoap. This area connects to the back patio and fenced in yard. The back deck has two lawn chairs and a 4 seater outside table. (Weather permitting) The back yard is fenced in and secluded. We have provided 6 additional chairs for aroud the fire pitt along with a propane grill and outdoor games. There is also firewood onsite for an additional cost. Guests will also have an option to sit on our lovely front porch that has an outdoor couch and two comfortable chairs Please be sure to register the exact amount of guests staying. There are additional costs when hosting more guests and extra cleaning costs involved. Guest access Guests access the entire property other than the upstairs unit which is completely separate. There is a shared driveway, but you will have two designated off street parking spots. One parking spot will accommodate a full size truck and the other a compact car. Parking is not ideal. There is street parking in the daytime. The business next door offers paid parking if more parking is needed. Other things to note Please be sure to register the correct amout of guests. Pricing is based on how many guests due to additional services. We leave the correct amount if towels and linens for a specific nimber of guests. There is a lighted fire pit and some backyard games for your enjoyment. There is firewood on the premises for purchase. There is also an additional second floor 3 bedroom unit that is completely seperate from the downstairs unit that can be reserved under “Upstairs at Grandma’s” if you have more guests. Please message me with any questions. It comes with additional parking also. It has two seperate locked doors. 3 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room. It is not recommended for children or older adults due to two sets if steep inside and outside stairs. Guests should know that this is an older home, there are many floor lamps due to lack of ceiling lights. Also their are 4 slightly steep steps with a railing going down to the second living room which connects to the king room and 2nd bathroom. (We have had guests mention the steps being too steep for older people) We did our best to make this place a safe and comfortable home for people to come and experience a “Grandma’s House” feel. This was actually our own Grandma’s house.
