This new home with a fenced and peaceful garden terrace offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It is located 3 km from the edge of Lac du Bourget. Close to the village of Chanaz (6 km) with its Canal de Savières, called the "Little Savoyard Venice" and the Abbey of Hautecombe. Lake Bourget, with its wild shores and mountains, is an authentic destination, ideal for: recharging your batteries, hiking, biking, canyoning, via ferrata, water sports, aerial sports, etc.), motorcycle rides, etc. The space We will welcome you personally. The beds are made upon your arrival. Towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided, as well as bathrobes for the hot tub. We offer housekeeping during your stay. The hot tub is private and is located outside on the garden terrace. When you leave, we ask that you empty the trash cans, do the dishes, empty the dishwasher and put the dishes away. We also ask you to clean the plancha grill. For weekend stays, the check-out time may be later depending on availability. Please ask us. Upon request and at no extra charge, we provide: baby bed, fold-out mattress, highchair, etc. Capacity and occupancy: - The house is intended for up to 6 people. Please note that babies and children count as one guest in our accommodation's maximum capacity of 6 guests. - Only the people declared during the booking are allowed to stay on the premises. - Visitors must be reported, and their presence is subject to prior approval. Smoking/Vaping: We remind you that smoking is prohibited in the cottage. We provide an ashtray outside. Above all, do not put cigarette butts in the property's trash cans, as the smell is very difficult to get rid of. Respect for the neighborhood and disturbances: - Parties, gatherings, and large get-togethers are strictly prohibited. - Quiet hours must be respected between 10pm and 8am. - Noise disturbance may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund. A clean and quiet pet is accepted, subject to the following conditions: - Your pet must not be left alone in the cottage; - It must not access the bedrooms, beds and sofas; - Always pick up droppings in the garden; - It must not cause any damage or noise pollution; Any damage caused by the pet will be charged. A TASSIMO pod coffee maker and a filter coffee maker are available for your use in the gite. Other things to note It is a house with 2 adjoining apartments but with a private garden-terrace of about 70 m2 for each apartment that is equipped, fenced and landscaped which includes: Garden table and chairs Parasol Gas Grill Lighting It is possible to book both cottages at the same time for a family gathering... because the door separating the gardens can be opened. In the village, next to the Town Hall of St Pierre, there is a children's park and a city. A pétanque court next to the St Pierre. Please note, no check-in and check-out on December 24 and 25.
