Wake up to gorgeous lake views in this stylish 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Trevillian Quay, Kingston Foreshore. Featuring African-inspired décor and cozy furnishings, it’s a vibrant retreat just steps from cafes, dining, and lakeside walks. Stroll to waterfront cafés, restaurants, and scenic walking and cycling paths, with Parliament House, Questacon, and Canberra's cultural attractions just a short drive away. The space BEDROOM: The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed while the second bedroom offers a double-sized bed, both dressed with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Each room also includes ample wardrobe space for your belongings. BATHROOM: Each bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage. KITCHEN Feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with: • Fridge/freezer • Stovetop • Microwave • Oven • Dishwasher • Crockery and cutlery A small selection of essentials such as milk, coffee, and tea is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional items as needed. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a Samsung Frame 42” TV that you can use to access your Youtube account during your stay, and it also has access to all local channels. Note: One of the living room blinds is currently not functioning while awaiting repair. Thank you for your understanding. LAUNDRY A washing machine and dryer are available, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience. OUTDOOR & SHARED AMENITIES - Access to the gym located at 14 Trevillian Building. An AirKey or FOB is required to access the gym. Please note that shared facilities are managed by building management and may occasionally be unavailable. We recommend checking any building notices upon arrival for the latest updates. PARKING: - The parking garage can fit up to 1 car with a clearance height of 2.2 metres. - There's a quite a lot of free 1H/2H parking around the area. - Paid parking is also available on Eastlake Parade across from the entrance to Trevillian Quay. Guest access Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure. Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355. Your keys are located off-site in the laneway between "8 Trevillian Quay" and "12 Trevillian Quay", Kingston. Other things to note We want guests to enjoy their stay comfortably while also helping us care for the property and respect the neighbours. This is not a party property. Any breach of the no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any costs for damages.
