I inherited Godli from an old aunt about 25 years ago. The house was built around 1950 by a local carpenter who has also made many of the furniture. We have tried to keep the slightly retro atmosphere in the house. At the same time, we are constantly making new upgrades. The electrical system on the 2nd floor has just been replaced. We use the house as a holiday home ourselves. The house is located in an open and peaceful area. There are nice places to swim just nearby, nice hiking terrain and a little half hour to drive to Risør and Kragerø The space It's a beautiful area. Nice places to swim just nearby. Eikeland's work is protected. In the old days, there was an old ironworks here. If you go into the woods, you can find the mines. There are also nice gravel roads and trails where you can walk, either in the woods or along the water. Fishing opportunities. Let us know what you want to experience and we will be glad to help you. The small zoo with reptiles is only 2 km away. Otherwise, you can go to the coast to visit the small towns of Risør or Kragerø or go to the coast for a swim, fishing or hiking.
