A newly built apartment centrally located with separate entrance, with adjoining parking and all comforts is available for rent with us. The apartment is furnished for 4 people, the bedroom is equipped with an additional TV. This apartment is ideal for young people or those who are young at heart! Please note that bed linen/towels are not included in the price and can be booked at an additional cost if necessary! A fee applies when used with a dog. The space The living area is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen and cozy seating area including satellite TV. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, dishes, cutlery and glasses. Bathroom with spacious shower. Non-smoking apartment. The bed linen and towels can be booked separately at a price of €10 per person per stay, are not included in the price! Other things to note If you bring your pet, there is an extra cleaning fee of €20 per stay. Occupancy with more than 4 people is only possible after consultation and at an additional cost!
