This property features 3 Arlo exterior security cameras: 1 video doorbell camera, 1 is located at the front driveway, and 1 camera is at the back door facing the back entrance. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected. -Solar light in the front door for visibility and safety -The garage will not be available for our guests because we are using this space for our cleaning crew to store cleaning supplies and extra bedding. This will also allow us to provide optimal spaces inside of the home for our guests to utilize. -Some hosts may have an extra guest fee and have a strict limit on the capacity. We do not charge and want to be flexible to our guests without charging the extra guest fee. We allowed more occupancy to not put a financial burden on family especially with children. Our home can accommodate 10 guests (favorable for family with children) and we listed many pictures with the bed size of each bedroom to make sure you are well aware of the sleeping capacity and comfort prior to booking. We have a total of 1 king bed and 3 queen beds. Our previous guests have brought their own air mattress and our home should be spacious in the living room area for this accommodation. Other things to note: -No smoking or vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property (Kid-friendly please). -No pets or service animals: For the health and safety of our children who live here, we are unable to accommodate pets or service animals at this property. -No events, parties, or large gatherings without prior notice (we are willing to work with you if you contact us first). -We take pride in our cleaning; therefore, we used products to enhance your stay with Downy Fresh Protect In-Wash Scent Booster Beads (April fresh), Gain plus ultra Oxi detergent, and Clorox bleach for linens. -Mopping once guests leave is mandatory for our cleaners in this property. -Don't worry about funky smell. Our cleaner team use Ralph Lauren or Bath & Body Works candles during the cleaning time. We also use Bath & Body Works Wallflowers fragrance plug. *Hypoallergenic and sensitive guests* -If you have sensitive skin or hypoallergenic then please message us ahead of time. We do reserve the brand All Free and Clear detergent to wash your linens and towels. Also, we can notify our cleaners to use 100% free perfumes and dyes cleaner supplies and detergents. We will also tell our cleaners to unplug the wallflower wall plugs and not light up the candles per request only.
