Casa Nico is a bright, fully renovated apartment in a lively central area of Genoa. With two bedrooms, one bathroom and a cozy living area accommodating up to 5 guests, it’s perfect for families or small groups. Modern interiors and a prime location make it ideal for exploring the city on foot or enjoying a comfortable work stay. The space The house, recently renovated, is very bright and has two bedrooms. One very large with a double bed and a single sofa bed and the other a bit smaller with a queen-size bed. You will also find a large and modern bathroom, a ver bright living area with an adjoining kitchen with everything you need for your stay. And finally an area with a washing machine. Guest access You will have access to the whole structure and everything that is provided in the apartment such as: iron, washing machine, hair dryer, hangers, towels, linens, soaps, shower gel and shampoo. Other things to note 1. Documents are mandatory before check-in according to Italian law. Please use the link you get in the chat to register yourself and all the other guests. 2. Consider that with 2 guests reservations we will prepare only one double bed in the bedroom, if you need separate beds you must communicate it in time, and pay the extra fee of 50€. 3.
