Our cottage is located just a few meters from the Elbe River, on a bike path leading from Podebrady to Dresden. The confluence of the Elbe and the Vltava is a 10-minute walk and the center of Mělník is a 20-minute walk. Ideal for fishermen, cyclists or those who want to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Suitable for undemanding guests who appreciate nature more than the comfort of a hotel. The space It is a brick cottage, in the upper part of which there is one living room with an equipped kitchenette. There are up to 4 sleeping places, always two at a time. By agreement, more people are possible (folding sofa for 2). The large terrace overlooks the Elbe River, which is 30 meters from the cottage. At the bottom of the cottage there is a brick cellar of about 35m², where there is another stove with a refrigerator, a shower and plenty of storage space for fishing or cycling equipment. The toilet is a dry toilet near the entrance to the cottage. The fenced garden is about 350m², of which about 250m² is maintained, which is absolutely sufficient for normal needs.
