Great location in Llwyngwril, in Snowdonia National Park, to explore the coast and countryside providing opportunities for walking, cycling, golfing, swimming, water sports, sailing and fishing. There’s so much to do within 12 miles. Take a journey on the steam railway to Dolgogh waterfalls, visit Ynys Hir nature reserve, the Dyfi Opsrey project, the Centre of Alternative Technology with cliff railway, King Arthurs Labyrinth, the slate mines, the Museum of Modern Art Wales, the Owain Glyndwr Centre and Harlech Castle to name but a few of the attractions. Walk into the hall with space for your sandals, walking boots and coats. Perfect house for a family holiday with lots of space and all the thoughtful extras for your stay. Embrace stunning coastal views from almost every window and enjoy local photography of the animals and places to see throughout. All the four bedrooms, designed for a good night’s sleep and your comfort in mind, lead off this corridor with the king-size and en-suite shower, two double bedrooms and the quad with four single beds. Further along is the bespoke stylish bathroom with shower, bath and WC. Meander down to the spacious kitchen/diner, a sociable space whilst getting creative with your local produce purchases. You will find all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal, when ready everyone can gather round the dining table and enjoy time together. Leading off the kitchen is the utility. After dinner walk through to the games room with football table, oversized games and Smart TV. The lounge is a relaxing space to unwind with comfortable sofas, Smart TV and for cosy nights in light the wood burner. The sunroom leads off the lounge with lovely views over the patio towards the sea and mountains, with doors opening into the garden and wood-fired hot tub. Outside enjoy the wood-fired hot tub, wildlife and wonderful sea views from sunrise to sunset from the patio with table and chairs. There is a footpath, though do take care, down to the pebble beach and sea.
