The property includes a 2BHK villa with a private pool, a clubhouse, and 3 wooden cottages. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests and has a living room, dining area, and garden in the front to sit and relax. The clubhouse includes indoor games like poker, table tennis, carrom, and chess, along with a conference room and dining area. It can also host small gatherings or events of up to 100+ people. The 3 wooden cottages are located near the pool and are perfect for couples or extra guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. During your stay Our caretaker will be onsite to assist guests. Other things to note 1. Events like birthdays, weddings, and small gatherings are allowed with prior notice. 2. Food is not served at the property. Guests can bring outside food (both veg and non-veg). 3. A caretaker is available on-site to assist guests during their stay. 4. Loud music or a DJ is allowed only till 10:30 PM as per local guidelines. 5. The property has two trained German Shepherds that stay only near the entrance area. 6. The pool is for villa guests only (not open to outside visitors). 7. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. 8. The swimming pool is shared between the guests of the wooden cottages.
