Welcome to our gîte La Baventaise, a small house at the end of a cul-de-sac in a bucolic setting while being a 5-minute walk from shops (bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy, tobacco bar, hairdresser, post office). Ideally located between Caen and Cabourg. It offers you: on the ground floor; a living room with open kitchen overlooking a south-facing terrace, a separate toilet and a shower room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 140/190 cm bed. Linens and cleaning included in the booking. The space The accommodation can accommodate 4 beds with its two bedrooms upstairs. Bedding 140/190. Linens are included in the rental (towels, tea towels, sheets). Essentials are also available (toilet paper, sponge, garbage bag, soap...) Housekeeping is also included in the booking. Guest access The cottage is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, free outdoor parking. Other things to note Within 5 minutes' walk you can access the shops and town center of Bavent. Very pleasant municipality with many hiking trails without cars. You can stroll in the forest or in the marshes to observe storks, horses, swans, herons... In 10 minutes by car you can get to Cabourg. In 12 minutes in the city center of Caen. A guide with all the activities and tourist sites awaits you in the accommodation. But also with all the good addresses (restaurants, shops, farms...)
