You will stay in a beautiful chalet style house, which is by no means old-fashioned despite its long history. Since the renovation at the beginning of 2023, the building envelope has been state-of-the-art and contributes to the energy supply. E-cars can be refuelled with solar energy The space The 4 room apartment is comfortably furnished and has some extras. Ideally, the apartment is designed for four people. The sofa bed in the living room admits one more guest. The kitchen with cooking stove (four plates), oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, fondue and raclette oven and several other extras offers everything the cook needs. The dining area offers space for up to six people and the large table is a great place to chat after dinner. Both bedrooms have a washbasin with mirrored wardrobe, a closet with plenty of space and a shelf for clothes. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200). In addition, you enter a cozy arbor that invites you to be. In bedroom 2 are two single beds (90x200). This room opens onto a lovely balcony. In the living room there is a TV with Blu-ray and DVD player and the possibility to watch Swisscom TV. The couch (min. 4 places) can be made into an extra bed. A small garden on the south side of the house with a table, chairs, barbecue and parasol invite you to linger. A parking space for one car is available, bicycles (also e-bikes) can be parked in a locked garden house. Guest access In addition to the apartment with private apartment entrance, there is also free parking. A charging station for e-cars is available (price .50.-- Chf per KW) Other things to note On foot you are in a few minutes in the village center with all the necessary shopping opportunities. A 30-minute walk separates us from the nature conservation and bathing area in the Reuss Delta and the Swiss Path. We are in the center for countless mountain hikes, ski trails and snowshoe trails. Several small mountain railways in the vicinity invite you to enjoy and ski. Andermatt, Engelberg, Kleewenalp, Stoss and Sattel Hochstuckli can be reached in less than an hour. Lucerne is easy to discover and reach quickly by public transport (Tellbus). There is still a lot to report, but the best thing to do is to come by and discover the home of the Tell itself!
