The space My home is a 2 bed / 1 bath with a newly renovated open layout, modern kitchen (double oven, stainless appliances), shared living and dining areas, in-home laundry, and driveway parking. This listing is for a private bedroom with a premium Nectar king-size bed, under-bed storage, writing desk with lamp, full-length mirror, small dresser, and a spacious closet. The bathroom is shared and features a 32x60 tub/shower combo with tiled surround, a 30" quartz vanity top, and designated cabinet storage for each guest. Guest access Along with your private bedroom and shared bathroom, you'll have access to all shared spaces: the living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry, patio, and backyard. During your stay I'm a Wichita native and easy to reach by phone or text if you need anything during your stay. While I no longer live onsite, I stop by regularly to check on the home and make improvements as needed.
