70-square-meter attic in a villa about 100 meters from the lake, in the middle of a lawn, kissed by the sun. From the balcony, you can admire the Alps and the lake. Guests can take advantage of the garden, shaded by a huge linden tree, where they will find a pergola furnished with a sofa and armchair, a BBQ and a patio furnished with a table and chairs where they can eat. If there are more than two guests (maximum four people), a sofa bed is available in the living room. Guest access The garden of the villa is available for guests' exclusive use. As well as indoor parking for the car or motorcycle. If guests have bicycles, for example, there is the possibility of shelter in a garage. Other things to note The lake is within reach. The nearest beach is the campsite beach, where access is free. You can easily walk there in a few minutes. The other beach, which is about 200m away, is very characteristic and shaded. There is also a Bar/Restaurant-Pizzeria that we recommend. A welcoming forest near the house will allow you to take beautiful walks.
