The space This luxury apartment is on the second floor. In addition to the kitchen and living room, you have a whole roof terrace at your disposal. On the 2nd floor, there is a luxurious bathroom and a gigantic bedroom. Guest access Because I live in the house myself, the 2nd bedroom is closed and my personal belongings are there. I trust you will treat this with respect. Other things to note The house and the roof terrace are non-smoking. In addition, I live in the nicest street in Roermond and I give my neighbors the peace they are used to. Feel free to use all the stuff. May I ask you to pay attention when leaving the house whether lights are off, air conditioning off and heating on low? This prevents unnecessary energy costs. Parking: You can load and unload in front of the door. Around the corner you can park, however, this is paid parking between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Then it might be easier to put the car in the parking garage. It is a few minutes walk and costs 6.5 per day.
