The apartment will be exclusively available to you for the entire duration of your stay. Parking is not included, but street parking is available for a fee or in free parking areas. Other things to note Upon arrival, if you notice any damages or issues, please inform the host immediately so that repairs can be made as soon as possible. The tourist tax is €1.00 per night per person from March 1 to November 30. From December 1 to February 28, the tourist tax is waived. NOTE: The property is equipped with self check-in. In accordance with Italian law, we are required to register all guests (including minors) through an online check-in with ID photo upload and selfie verification (certified system). The procedure is simple and takes about 10 minutes. Once completed, you will automatically receive all the necessary instructions to access the property independently. If you prefer, it is possible to request an in-person check-in carried out by our staff for an additional fee of €50.
