The keys are located in a digital safe box attached to the building's facade. The apartment and the private terrace will be exclusively available to you for the entire duration of your stay. Parking is not included, but street parking is available for a fee or in free parking areas. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions! Other things to note To access the private terrace, you need to exit through the bathroom's French door and descend a spiral staircase. Please maintain a low noise level to avoid disturbing the neighbors. The tourist tax is €1.00 per night per person from March 1 to November 30. From December 1 to February 28, the tourist tax is waived. NOTE: The property is equipped with self check-in. In accordance with Italian law, we are required to register all guests (including minors) through an online check-in with ID photo upload and selfie verification (certified system). The procedure is simple and takes about 10 minutes. Once completed, you will automatically receive all the necessary instructions to access the property independently. If you prefer, it is possible to request an in-person check-in carried out by our staff for an additional fee of €50.
