Tucked away in the quiet of the country—yet only five minutes to downtown Price. This cozy guest house features a full kitchen, smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi—perfect for families, solo adventurers, or business travelers. You'll be sleeping on one of 3 ultra comfortable mattresses. Spacious gravel pad + level driveway accommodates trailers and RVs of any size. Fully enclosed outdoor dog run lets your furry friends join in on the travels. However, no animals are permitted in the home. The space This guest house is part of our detached garage. You'll love how private your stay is. We have a full kitchen with all the essentials you'd expect to find in your kitchen at home. Right next to the kitchen you have an in unit washer and dryer. In the bathroom you'll find we have some shower essentials in case you didn't want to pack your own. You'll also enjoy our tankless water heater perfect for taking long piping hot showers. Upstairs we have a private bedroom with two queen beds and a TV. There is a third bed in an alcove. Lastly upstairs we have a spacious dining area, perfect for meals or relaxing and playing board games. To help you get the best night's sleep possible, all our beds have high quality comfortable mattresses. Our sleeping areas all have blackout shades to help you sleep as long as you like. When you're not sleeping you'll love how much natural light pours into this home. Every room has great views, and shades or curtains for when you want light, but also privacy. We have tons of parking, including a large area that can fit even the largest trailers. This home is perfect for when you're traveling with boats, ATVs or even RVs. All cleaning and laundry is done with nontoxic hypoallergenic cleaners. We do place some homemade reed diffusers throughout the home. If you'd like us to remove them prior to your stay please let us know. Guest access You'll have exclusive access to the guest house during your stay. This however does not include the garage. You'll receive a code to access the front door. While you're here you're welcome to explore part of our farm, come say hi to our neighbors cows, or toss your leftover food over to our chickens.
