Private King/Twin room in Church Crookham - Room 3

A clean and cosy newly refurbished room in an accessible yet quiet secure leafy residential neighbourhood. Conveniently located within easy reach of Fleet train station (45 min direct to London Waterloo), Farnborough, Farnham & Guildford, M3, Heathrow and Gatwick. Finished and designed to create a clean, comfortable modern homely accommodation, perfect for work or leisure. Note that feedback pre-2022 relates to a different living environment, i.e. not since the house has been refurbished! The space The bedroom is on the first floor and is clean, cosy and comfortable as is the rest of the house! New carpets and flooring throughout the house. The house is situated in a quiet residential area with private parking for up to three cars, it is a short walk to the local shops and takeaways (Fish&Chips, Chinese and Pizza). It is ideal for all types of guests from business commuters to single/couple travellers. Guest access Guests are free to use the kitchen that has microwave, cooker, fridge, toaster and kettle (tea & coffee available). There is a shower room upstairs and a bathroom (with shower) downstairs, both are shared. During your stay I work away from time to time but will let you know when you book whether I will be present or not, either way my adult son is usually present. If I know that neither of us are present then instructions for accessing the property will be discussed after booking confirmation. We keep to ourselves but are available as and when needed. Other things to note I live at the house too with my dog, cat and son. I do work away a lot so I am not always there. I will let you know if I am not available personally but my adult son is usually available.
