Come close to nature & relax The space We have visited this place and know the residents' hosts Shany and George very well and they are family!! Always ready to help and serve the guests with a smile. They will go out of the way to ensure youl have a good time at their beloved homestay. All the time ready to share their experiences and guide you around on what to do and help with cabs and local treks etc This is what makes this place so homely with nature all around!! It's a 1.5 room single independent fresh new unit in our premises with a single attached washroom. Perfect and cosy for Couples OR a small family of 3-4, couple and kids Typical village farmstay feeling We get milk from our own Cows The Kitchen and Dining space (foldable dining table) can be used in the morning and while at night this can be changed to a small bedroom which has a foldable single cot and bed. This room has a private separate entrance from outside. It has a small Kitchen space - With Induction cooker, kettle, cutlery and crockery. Fridge is a shared one in our kitchen Basically, it's just for your normal small time cooking needs, specifically for making infant food etc. We do provide Homemade BF, Lunch and Dinner to all our guests at affordable rates. So, you can leave the cooking to us and relish the authentic Kerala cuisine.. Our whole area has 2 units. one unit which we occupy and let out the upper floor for guests Guest access You have the complete property area to walk around Outdoor areas in the surroundings one can have a walk and explore the rubber plantations. Other things to note Solar powered purified drinking water available all throughout the property Inverter and emergency bulbs provided Treks, Sightseeing to undiscoverd and unexplored places organized as per your demand and extra costs We can organize Drops/Picks ups for you from Airport, Railway station at extra costs Coffee / Tea kettle provided in Dining area. Induction and vessels can be provided for normal cooking at an extra cost of 100rs/day. Washing machine provided in upper Hall separate area, extra charges for usage (detergent we will provide) From the dining area, balcony and terrace one can have views of rubber plantations, paddy fields, mountains and beautiful sunrise and sunsets Terrace we have provided Yoga mats for your early morning exercises. Bonfire would be charged 500rs for 2-3hrs, kindly note. Home made authentic Kerala cuisine: Breakfast per head 100-150rs for any 2 veg dishes Lunch/Dinner Meal: Veg 150-250rs per head Non veg dishes as per portion size on actuals. Pet Rules: * We love furry friends. Just a few tiny house manners: * Please make sure they’re house-trained. * For hygiene, no hopping on beds or snuggling inside blankets. We’ve seen those puppy eyes, but we must stay strong! * Kindly bring their own bedding, bowls, and food. * And if you head out, please don’t leave them home alone - they miss you too much anyway! Please ensure to keep the rooms clean at all times, treat it as your own home. Only for stays above 4 nights general cleaning will be done.
