From May to September you have exclusive use of the outdoor swimming pool (not heated). We look forward to welcoming you! The space Our estate offers unique stays with our table d’hôtes with a chef at your disposal, garden-fresh meals, open-fire cooking, and culinary workshops for a stay full of discoveries and memorable shared moments. The property is located on a farm with some agricultural activity (sheep, vegetable permaculture garden, fields, forest). We are bio-certified. You will have an entire house that stretches over 3 stories as well as a separate outdoor area for yourself. Big living room and kitchen with extendable table. Separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Baby beds will be added to the rooms if requested before your arrival. There is also a baby bathtub, a high chair and a potty. There is a private outdoor area with a terrasse, tables, chairs, sunchairs and a BBQ. Our big and beautiful swimming pool is a little walk (150m) away from the house. Swimming pool dimensions: 15m x 5m and 1.50m - 1.80m depth. The pool area is not secured but there are lockable gates (parents are responsible for the safety of their children). There is no AC. Other things to note Carcassone with its beautiful castle and old town is 25km away. Limoux, the closest town with some shopping possibilities and supermarkets is 10km away. Every Friday morning there is a market. In the center, around the "Place de la Republique", there are some cafés and restaurants with local and international food options. There are 2 restaurants relatively close; Trésors de Campagne in Villarzel-du-Razès (3km walk through the forest or 5km drive) Côté Resto at Domaine de Gayda (6km drive) There are also multiple wineries around that offer tastings and biologically certified wines.
