Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. For those interested, we will be happy to introduce the arboretums during the visit. The household includes two Lapphunds, a cat, a rooster and 6 hens. Breakfast available The space A cozy guesthouse and sauna provide a comfortable place for travelers to stay in a clean microclimate. The guesthouse is equipped with a microwave, a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a loose hot plate and pot, as well as a frying pan. The guest house has its own entrance and equipment suitable for a few nights' stay. The bathroom has its own toilet and 2 rain showers. The sauna is wood-fired and is available to guests throughout the stay. Sauna wood is included in the price. You can order a quick breakfast (filled bun, yoghurt and fresh juice) for €9/person or a generous brunch basket (two different breads, cheese, ham, vegetables, egg, yoghurt, sweet pastry) for the slow gourmet at €18/person. Also available as lactose or gluten free or veg. Guest access The guest house is located next to the main house and has its own entrance. The sauna and bathroom are for guests to themselves. In the summer, a wide yard is free to use. If you are traveling by public transport, we will be happy to help and we can come by car to pick you up, either from the bus stop or the train station. Feel free to ask! Other things to note The household includes 2 Lapphunds and a farm cat. There is a rooster and chickens in the yard. Crowing and crowing are part of the summer. You might also wake up to a rooster crowing on a summer morning. In the Arboretum area, there are three hives of honeybees producing honey and pollinating. Telephone connections are occasionally poor due to terrain conditions. WiFi works via fiber optics and is freely available. There is no separate kitchen in the guest house. The room has a coffee and kettle, microwave, hot plate and mini fridge. Dishwashing utensils can be found, but the dishes can be placed in the basket in the hallway and we will take them to the dishwasher on the house side and put the clean dishes in the basket instead. The guest house has its own water heater (160 liters), which is enough for sauna, if the water is not drained unnecessarily. Sauna and fireplace wood included. Similarly, cleaning, i.e. when leaving, does not need to be cleaned.
