Whether you’re here for Christmas, New Year’s, or simply a cosy winter break, this is a comfortable place to unwind. You'll have the house to yourself throughout your stay. The space Welcome to our family home! The house features a fireplace, a sunny balcony, a terrace, and a small garden. Two toilets are available for convenience. Bed linens and towels are provided, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, oil, and herbs to make you feel at home. Please note: this is a non-smoking property. Smoking inside — including vaping, electronic cigarettes, and shisha — is strictly prohibited. For bookings of 2 guests, the bedroom with the balcony will not be available. The two upper bedrooms and the rest of the house remain fully accessible to you. Guest access Please feel free to use the entire house, with the exception of the children’s room, which will remain locked. The washing machine in the basement is also not accessible. Parking: Guests may use any available street parking, but please do not park in front of or next to the garages. Other things to note Please bear in mind that this is a quiet residential area with families and elderly residents. Quiet hours after 21:00 must be respected. Loud groups, heavy drinking, or bachelor parties are not accepted, as it’s very important to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone in the neighborhood.
