The apartment Emily is very quiet and rural in Stocksee, in the middle of the picturesque Holstein Switzerland. From here you can take great bike tours or hikes. One of the cleanest bathing lakes in Schleswig-Holstein is 1 km away in the village. On a 25 m² balcony with a gas grill, loungers, large dining table and beach chair, you can savor every ray of sunshine and enjoy your summer vacation. The space On the 25 sqm roof terrace with up to 6 dining areas, parasol, private gas grill (I provide gas), beach chair and 2 sun loungers, you have a great place to fully enjoy every ray of sunshine. The flat is located on the upper floor of a detached house. The upper floor has been partially renovated and has just been prepared for a holiday apartment this year. On 40 sqm you have a very spacious and core renovated bedroom with a double bed and walk in closet. The 22 cm high cold foam mattresses will let you sleep, like on clouds. The full bathroom has also been completely renovated in the direction and invites you to a longer shower (rain shower and standard shower head with seating, level) or a full bathroom due to its warm tones. You have a hair dryer, towels as many as you need, shower mat and if you forget also toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as toilet paper. The living/dining area offers you up to 4 dining areas and a pull-out couch, which is why a child/teenager could sleep there in theory. The TV has Netflix and Amazon as well as the public channels. For this, simply use the guest access set up in each case. A former storage room has been transformed into a beautiful, semi-open-plan U-shaped kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob and a small dishwasher, a SodaStream machine for making soda water, and a combined fridge-freezer, providing you with everything you need, including a well-stocked spice rack, barbecue utensils, a variety of teas, coffee pods, ground coffee, mustard, ketchup, and everything else you would expect to find in a kitchen. On the farm you will find a safe place for your car(carport space available) or for your bus. Thanks to a safe with a key in the carport, if a traffic jam comes in between, you can also enter your apartment at any time at a later hour. Popular excursion destinations such as Scharbeutz invite you to stroll and can be reached in about 35 minutes. You can be in Bad Segeberg, known for the Karl May Festival, among other things, in 30 minutes. Plön with the 5 lakes plate can be reached in less than 20 minutes. Canoeing is very popular here and takes you along some fantastic rivers and across the lakes. For this reason, pets are allowed on request and only small dogs are allowed. They would have to be kept on a leash on the property to avoid accidents with the cats.
