Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items they may require. Linen is provided for all beds, including quilt covers and pillowcases. Flat sheets are not supplied. Please note, being located on the east coast of Australia, occasional sightings of insects such as cockroaches can occur depending on the season and weather, despite regular pest control. Also, the property uses a standard off-peak hot water system rather than continuous hot water.
