New house, single story, 100 m2 with 1 master bedroom consisting of a toilet and shower, a second bedroom of 10 m2. Another bathroom is available with a walk-in shower. Another shared toilet. Kitchen opens to living room. Guests can take advantage of the terrace and garden furniture. The garden is not yet fenced, it will be done during the summer of 2025. Reversible air conditioning. A crib, booster seat and high chair can be provided upon request. The space There are all the necessary amenities for cooking. There is a microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop. Outside you will have garden furniture with parasol and BBQ. Towels and sheets are provided. There is also a hairdryer. We do not accept pets, and parties should be avoided because the house is within a small condominium, in order to avoid noise pollution. 2 parking spaces are in front of the house, if more parking is needed, vehicles must be parked outside, in the free parking lots (in front of the church).
