The space 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with nice sized deck with charcoal grill (charcoal not provided) and a great view of the Gravois Arm on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Master suite has a King bed with attached master bath that almost feels separate from the rest of the home. Features a nice sized kitchen with large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and crocknpot. There is a nice dining area with attached breakfast nook. 2nd bedroom is just off the living room with a queen bed. 3rd bedroom is also just off the living room and also features a queen bed. Living room has a nice sized flat screen TV and sleeper sofa. The home is a short walk to the dock and 4ft deep pool with nice sun patio. Guest access Whole top floor of home. Top floor is 3 bedroom 2 bath. There is an apartment on the lower level that is rented out separately. Other things to note Home is located at the entrance of a Full time RV Park. Uncovered boat parking is available with rental on the community dock but please let host know if you plan to bring a boat as space is limited that way a spot can be reserved. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE NEIGHBOR'S DRIVEWAY!! There is plenty of parking directly behind the home.
