Rustic loft apartment

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation. The newly renovated loft apartment is located under the roof in a house over 200 years old. The rustic wooden beams lend the appropriate charm, and the modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The loft offers its own parking space and is an ideal starting point for various excursions due to the connection to the highway and the bus stop 100 m away. The space The loft has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), bedding is provided. In the bathroom there is a rain shower, toilet and towel warmer. A washing machine and dryer are also in the apartment and are available. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven (high-quality V-Zug appliances) and induction hob with Bora extractor hood. The controlled ventilation ensures a pleasant indoor climate. In summer, the air conditioning can also be used, in winter the fireplace. Our electricity comes 100% from solar energy (our own PV system on the roof). Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible and usable. It is located on the 4th floor of the house and is only accessible by stairs. Guest access On request, the garden can be used for lounging and barbecuing.
