Ashland Garden Level Suite

Make new memories at this cozy small town garden level suite! Located in the lower level of our raised ranch style home with a private guest entrance. Only 30 minutes from Omaha and Lincoln. Ashland is the perfect small town with a lot to offer! Visit Mahoney State park, Ruhlman’s Steakhouse, Fariner Bakery, Bluejays Ice Cream & Candy, Wildlife Safari Park, Ashland Brewing Company, SAC Museum, boutique shopping, golf courses, and wineries! The space This suite is a completely separate area from the rest of the home with a private entrance. Although it is a separate space, we are a family with a toddler and a dog living upstairs. We keep the noise to a minimum, but there may be times you will hear us. The space is equipped with a living room which includes a pull out queen sofa bed. The kitchenette has a sink, full refrigerator/freezer, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. There is one bedroom with a king bed, full bath with walk in shower (no tub), and laundry room. The city pool, pickle ball courts, park, and splash pad is just a two minute walk up the street. We are happy to provide baby and toddler items if needed- pack & play, baby gate, high chair, sound machine, toys, etc. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire suite through the front door of the house, which is a private entrance. There is parking in the shared driveway for up to 2 vehicles. Other things to note We have lived in Ashland for almost 10 years now and we love it more and more the longer we live here! We have the best community and truly cherish this charming small town of ours! We look forward to sharing it with you and hope you have the best stay!
