Covered patio with outdoor sectional, outdoor TV, amazing home in summertime. Unwind with a night swim, or lounge outside in the sun. Fully stocked kitchen with white cabinets, quartz counters, newer stainless appliances, hardwood floors, all cooking supplies that you need. Toaster, coffee maker, cookware all included. Basketball hoop in driveway, bags set in yard, great summertime home! Bedrooms w/ fans. Central Air and gas forced furnace, electric fireplace for winter or chilly nights! SMOKE FREE HOME -> NO SMOKING IN OR NEAR HOME, NO PARTIES! **Pool will be open from Mid May - Late Sept, weather pending. Pool opening/closings are at owner's discretion. Pets are NOT allowed in the pool. There is a deep end (~9') and a shallow end (~3'). PLEASE be safe when using the pool, especially with small children or those that cannot swim. Anyone using the pool under 12 years old MUST be supervised by an adult. As of 10/20/2025 the pool will be closed for the season. Guest access Guests can use entire home. We have enough chairs in the kitchen to seat 4. We'll have an extra chair or two in the garage, if needed. No parties please. Other things to note We do not allow big parties.
