There is an lockable door leading to  bedroom 2.... Bedroom 2: double room, wardrobe, cupboard, dressing table, USB plugs Bedroom 3: two single beds, fitted cupboards and dressing table, countryside views Bathroom: bath and separate shower cubicle, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail. DOWNSTAIRS Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with aga and separate electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, TV Dining room/family area: 6 seater dining table, electric fire, Welsh dresser, cosy seating area with TV, patio doors overlooking garden Sitting room: 3-seater recliner sofa, 2 reclining armchairs, TV, dining table. OUTSIDE Located on working farm with shared access. Private driveway parking ample for three cars. Outside porch with coat hooks and boot rack. Large, enclosed garden with lawn and large patio area. The garden is multi-level and there is a pond; please ensure children are supervised. Barbeque (must be cleaned before departure) and garden furniture provided. Please do no approach, feed or disturb the. Some animals may bit, kick or act unpredictably. Uneven terrain -Be cautious while walking around the farm, as there may be uneven ground,holes, loose grave, or muddy areas. Electric fences -Some fences around the property are electrified to contain livestock. Avoid touching as they deliver a shock Machinery and equipment -There may be tractors, tools and other farm equipment on site. These are not for gust use and should not be climbed on or operated.
