The space The vacation home, with a living area of up to 140 m² (depending on bed requirements), offers comfortable and rural furnishings on two floors. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker, toaster and kettle). The separate dining area with a spacious dining set incl. High chair and a high chair with newborn attachment, invites you to convivial meals. In addition, the ground floor offers a bedroom, which is equipped with two single beds (90 x 200). Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet on the ground floor. In addition, a hairdryer is provided for you. Upstairs, the living area with a cozy sofa and TV is perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. There is also Wi-Fi access in the house. There are also three more bedrooms upstairs, two each with a double bed (180 x 200 and 140 x 200). From the bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200), you can access the balcony. From here you can enjoy the view of our beautiful Kammeltal. Our large and fully fenced property is a real balance to the stressful everyday life. Over 800 square meters of greenery invite you to linger and relax. Here you will also find the terrace, with pergola, large dining area and barbecue, just waiting for you – perfect for cozy evenings outdoors. Sun loungers are available for extensive sunbathing. A small highlight is the Bestway pool hot tub, which provides refreshment and luxurious relaxation from May to September. On our "Tortuga" playground with play tower incl. Swing, slide, sandbox and a trampoline, children of different ages can really let off steam, play and exercise. In addition, the large playground offers the little holiday guests plenty of space to move around, because we also offer our youngest guests the opportunity to leave everyday life behind. Our cottage is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. ... ideal for holidaymakers, business travelers and Montoure, for short or long-term stays.
