The upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, while downstairs has a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with a double and a single. Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided, and guests can bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea-towels, or hire linen through the Country Getaways office. A portacot is available for use, with guests needing to bring all bedding. There is a main downstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity, along with a separate toilet with vanity. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity, and there is a second separate toilet with vanity on the same level. Point Break offers year-round comfort with reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas, and ceiling fans throughout the bedrooms and living spaces. The spacious upstairs living area includes a comfortable lounge room, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen, all with access to a large undercover entertaining balcony that offers beautiful sea views. The upstairs lounge features sofa seating and a large television with USB and HDMI ports. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and large fridge with freezer. Guests can make the most of the coffee machine (bring your own beans or purchase locally), stovetop coffee pot, and a range of appliances including a breadmaker, kettle, toaster, stick mixer, electric beater and SodaStream. The balcony entertaining area has bar stool seating and an outdoor lounge, perfect for relaxing while taking in the views. A hooded gas barbecue is also available for outdoor cooking. Downstairs, the second living room includes another large television, sofa seating, and direct access to the rear yard. Guests can enjoy a range of entertainment with board games, books, jigsaws and outdoor games provided. The laundry facilities at the holiday house include a front load washing machine and a clothesline at the side of the house. The rear yard is unfenced and includes a fire pit, with guests reminded to bring their own firewood and observe local fire restrictions. Located right on the beachfront, Point Break offers stunning sea views and direct access to the Walk The Yorke trail from the yard, and the beach is just a short 2-minute walk away along a nearby access path. For those bringing a boat, there is off-street driveway parking for up to 4 cars, including space for a boat, and the Black Point boat ramp is just a 5-minute drive from the property. Black Point is ideally located for exploring the Yorke Peninsula, with easy access to nearby towns including Ardrossan, Port Vincent and Stansbury. Spend a day fishing or crabbing at the Black Point beach or boat ramp, or take a short drive to Ardrossan to visit the Ardrossan Museum or enjoy a meal at the Ardrossan Hotel. Port Vincent offers coastal dining options, a scenic jetty and local shops, while Stansbury is home to the popular Stansbury Seaside Markets (seasonal) and the Dalrymple Hotel. As part of making your booking, you agree to the terms & conditions of stay. Country Getaways Holiday Rentals will require credit card details after making your booking and prior to key details being given. **Please note that a refundable security bond (called a security deposit by Airbnb), which is minimum $300 is payable direct to the host (by credit or debit card only) before access to accommodation is granted (which is in line with Airbnb hosting policies for API connected listings.) The office is contactable via phone or email, for information regarding your booking. Bonds are refunded within 14 business days of departure, and following the report from the cleaner. Alternatively, Country Getaways has an after-hours support number available for guests that require immediate assistance. THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: All properties are fully self-contained; however personal requirements and consumables are not supplied. Whilst some properties may have minimal quantities of toilet paper, washing powders & detergents, and soap; it is expected that guests will bring their own items for the length of their stay. Generally, nothing is provided in the way of food items. Guests need to bring their own tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and other food stuffs.
