The space What to expect: 280 m² on one level – perfect for large groups, seniors, family reunions, groups of friends or older dogs. 5 Bds, three of which are on the ground floor, two more accessible via a few steps, 2 baths. Renovated in 2024. Two private, spacious living areas give groups space: - Living room 1 with open fireplace and 85-inch TV for cozy evenings - Living room 2 with pool table and also an 85-inch TV for games This allows large groups to split up in a completely relaxed manner. The eat-in kitchen is equipped to a high standard and designed for large groups: fully automatic coffee machine, Nespresso, Senseo, food processor, Airfryer, even a slush machine. 300 Mbps fiber optic Wi-Fi. For your dogs: Up to 4 dogs can vacation here free of charge. The 600 m² property is completely fenced (up to 1.50 m). Walking paths start directly from the house, and there are dog bathing opportunities in the Elbe and Stör. The location has very few fireworks on New Year's Eve – ideal for sensitive dogs. Garden & Sauna: Three terraces await you: the large main terrace with a dining table for up to 10 people, a breakfast terrace with a view of the Elbe dike, and the sauna terrace directly by the garden sauna (€30 for the entire stay, sauna cash register). In the evening, the fire bowl with seating for 9 people invites you to linger. Need more space? The GästeKate can be combined with the Himmelsdeck on the upper floor. Together, you then have 380 m², 7 BD, 3 bathrooms, 3 terraces, and space for up to 13 people and 5 dogs. Ideal for large family celebrations, dog gatherings, or group retreats. A 30 m² seminar room is also then available. The location: Quietly situated between Brokdorf and Wewelsfleth, just 300 meters from the Elbe dike. Glückstadt with its harbor and historic old town is 4 km away, and the Elbe Cycle Path runs right by Brokdorf. The North Sea, dog beach and Wadden Sea can be reached in around 40 minutes. What else is included: Washing machine, dryer, iron, first aid kit, lockable bicycle room, parking at the house. Bed linen and towels included. Guest access Check-in is easy via a key box.
