L’Eden Roches – House and pool surrounded by nature, nestled within a sandstone rocky cirque typical of the Fontainebleau forest, on a 11,500 m² natural plot classified as Natura 2000 and fully fenced. The house is spacious, bright, both sunny and evening, connected and modern, fully equipped, spanning 185 m² + 95 m², indoor pool (10x4.5m) heated all year long, with vast terraces, gardens, lawns, and meadows on sandstone sand. A very quiet, exclusive and privileged location. The space INFORMATION: Following the fires, the Buthiers forest and the Malherbois rocks, as well as the climbing areas around the leisure center (Canard, Tennis, and Piscine), are not affected by the prohibition orders of July 17, 2026. We hope you will be delighted by this unique place. Filming, shootings, allowed on demand. The house: The space is spacious, bright, connected, and modern, fully equipped. The pool heated all year long, with its bay windows, opens to the outdoors. It is secured, as it can be enclosed if necessary for children. Les serviettes de piscine et foutas sont fournies ainsi qu’un jeu de deux serviettes de bain par personne. Pool towels are provided as well as a set of two bath towels per person. A mezzanine lounge with large sofas allows you to relax with a drink, play a game of pool, or play Babyfoot. The extended pool provides access to the deckchairs on the south-facing terrace. Ping-pong enthusiasts will have the outdoor table available for games in the shade of the oak trees. Meals can be enjoyed in the 12-seat dining room, which opens onto the modern kitchen, well-equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, and electrical appliances: a conventional oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, American-style fridge-freezer, kettle, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, push-button coffee machine, coffee grinder, toaster, KitchenAid stand mixer, ice cream maker, and plenty of cutlery, crockery, and glassware for large meals. At Eden Roches, warm evenings offer the opportunity to dine on the terrace around the teak table for 12 people. At lunchtime, a huge 4x4m parasol allows for shaded meals. You can also choose to stay in the lounge-dî’îg room, perhaps in front of the Smart TV, or on the large terrace in the small adjacent lounge areas, or even further into the property, on the dry sphagnum lawns, near the rocks and pine trees, under the stars. A few hammocks are available for your use. Board games, books, ping-pong table... We have paid particular attention to the comfort of our bedding. The four master bedrooms are all equipped with high-quality hotel-quality queen-size beds with mattress toppers, Garnier-Thiebaut cotton sateen bed linens, nightstands, wardrobes, storage, and dressers. Two bedrooms also have a single bed of the same level of comfort. An additional guest room is equipped with a classic double futon, allowing for a total of 12 guests. All the bedrooms have a powerfull quiet column fan. The 3 master bathrooms are equipped with a shower, double sinks, and a hairdryer. A teleworking space with a desk, chair, and monitor for connecting a laptop is installed in the guest room. Please note that there is a child safety gate for the upstairs stairs. The outdoor space is designed for multiple cars. An automatic gate allows remote opening via keypad, remote control, or a connected app. Access is also possible by train, either from Malesherbes station (RER) or Avon Fontainebleau station. Malesherbes has several supermarkets - Intermarché, Leclerc, Carrefour Market, Mr Bricolage, and other food stores (town center 3 minutes by car, 1.3 km). A detailed booklet will be available on site and will explain the house's operation, its practical features, activities, and tourist attractions. Nearby outdoor areas: The native forest is classified as a Natura 2000 site of community importance and a special conservation area. The site is fully fenced, making it safe for children. It opens at the top, through a gate, onto the sandy flats and moors typical of the Fontainebleau Forest and leads to the GR1 and GR32 hiking trails, the Chapelle des Roches aux Amis loop – Grotte au départ de Buthiers, etc., mountain bike trails, as well as the Trois Pignons massif. The renowned climbing sites of Buthiers, mapped out for all levels, are quiet and less crowds than those in the northern part of the Fontainebleau Forest, and are accessible within a 300-meter walk of the property. Some entertainment: For climbers of all levels, a friendly climbing competition is held on the property (photos, names, and grades are welcome). A book will be prepared for those who follow, including their climbs, even the most modest ones. Also, a great activity for young and old alike is to discover the monsters and creatures depicted on these tormented rocks in the property's strange rocks. There are many of them! Similarly, if you're a wine enthusiast, leave your best (empty!) bottles of wine and a comment on the label; they will create a small original tomb that will certainly delight other visitors who are wine lovers. The presence of the Buthiers leisure island, 500 meters away on foot, offers an attractive range of activities for adults and children: climbing club (indoor) and Fun wall, surfing wave, large treetop adventure course, aerial net course (spider net), pony club, mini-golf, barefoot sensory course, treasure hunts, large swimming pool-beach surrounded by rocks and forest, water games, slides, hiking, orienteering, disc golf, astronomy. Two restaurants are renowned for their quality and are within walking distance: - L'Auberge Canard, fresh produce, excellent home cooking, excellent value for money - Les Roches Gourmandes: Refined cuisine crafted by a chef who has worked in the finest establishments, highly rated, with higher and justified prices. Furthermore, Fontainebleau also has a Michelin-starred restaurant that we highly recommend: L'Axel. In this beautiful city, many establishments welcome you. Other things to note Important informations : The maximum number of guests is 12. It is clearly stated that there are 4 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and two of these rooms have an additional single bed. There is a guest room with a double futon and a small desk for remote work, it is a dual-aspect room (access to the upstairs bathroom). In addition, on demand, stays of more than 8 days will be subject to an additional ligh cleaning service (bathrooms), including a change of sheets and towels: the fee is €250 extra. This home is a source of pleasure and enjoyment. It's not just a place we pass through, it's a living home that we love. We designed it with pleasure and care, and we have a strong emotional connection to it. We want our guests to be respectful of the place, to take care of it like theirs, and to appreciate it for that. Festive events are not allowed, nor other unexpected travellers, except if you ask for it before, and with our notified authorization. Some points deserve attention : The pool table - It is brand new. This equipment requires attention and is under your responsibility: no filled glasses on the cloth or the uprights; a stained cloth must be replaced. Do not leave the table to untrained users or children, who could make holes in the cloth, which should then be replaced. Do not move the pool table. The large 16m² parasol - it is your responsibility and must NEVER be opened in even light winds. It can fall and break the bay windows. Do not smoke in the house. Using deodorizer in the house is strictly forbidden. Barbecues are forbidden, fire risk is high in this preserved Fontainebleau Forest. The natural area - Classified as a Natura 2000 natural area, the rules are strict. No fire, fire risk. The flora and fauna are protected. It is recommended not to walk on the heather, break branches, or pull up plants. The animals are in their natural habitat; please respect them and be careful with children under your care: biting insects, small rodents, reptiles, stinging caterpillars, etc. The rocks - They are magnificent, but access to them is your responsibility. You must be aware of the risk of falling if you are not safe. A booklet will be available in the house to guide you.
