The house has a unique location in that on one side it borders the river Cavado, and on the other side you stroll through pine trees which opens up to huge expanse of have miles of sandy, unspoiled, and never crowded beaches. The villa is well thought out and provides great 'indoor/outdoor' flow and is set in gardens with more than 1/2 acre of well manicured gardens -with a swimming pool! Casa do Pinhal, has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms PLUS an Annexe in the garden with a further bedroom (Bunk Beds) and en-suite shower-room. There is a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, nespresso machine, and all the usual kitchen appliances ).
