The space Functional and fully-equipped house: 5 rooms of 90 m2 including: - a large living room with 140 cm connected TV, dining table, equipped kitchen, billiards... - 3 Bedrooms each comprising a 140 cm bed, a connected TV, bed made up on your arrival (fitted sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover...), electric roller shutter with triple glazed window. -Bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, double sinks, linen provided (shower sheet, guest towel and washcloth), soap... - Toilet with suspended toilet - Laundry room with washer and dryer machine. Amenities included: Fiber Wi-Fi Kitchen with oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. Filter coffee machine + Senseo, toaster, kettle... Other things to note Price is for 2 guests. Each additional guest is charged €21. The house must be returned as you found it. (tidy, dishes cleaned...) Used bathroom linen must be collected and placed in the bathroom laundry basket or in the bathtub. Waste must be deposited in the bins under the carport.
