The space Welcome home It is an old 19th-century two-story farmhouse with masonry walls made of local materials, with a facade of three wrought iron balconies with brick jambs, a main door and windows of the same make. Due to continued disuse, it has suffered serious deterioration, so the rehabilitation has been comprehensive, preserving its structure (both housing and annexes) as well as some of its materials (wood in good condition, tiles, doors, and small furniture, etc.) It was inhabited until 30 years ago, being used for the filming in 1983 of José Luis Guerin's debut film "Los motivos de Berta". This director has seen his talent recognized with the famous documentary film "Under Construction". In the summer of 2023, some improvements and modifications were made: The building has two houses with completely independent entrances and gardens, for greater privacy. The Casa Rural is accessed through its magnificent garden, with a large covered porch with barbecue and a built-in pool (exclusively for the Casa Rural). Through a small hall we go up to the house, located on the first floor. The house has 4 double bedrooms, all with a bathroom and the possibility of including 3 extra beds. A spacious dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, with everything you need for your stay. A living room with a fireplace and television, which invites you to relax and chat, or read a good book. The property has a large wooden porch with a barbecue, with a large wooden table and chairs, ideal to enjoy a good barbecue with family or friends in both winter and summer. It also has a garden area around the pool, a full bathroom, hammocks and parasols for the summer season. The house is rented in full exclusivity, with the possibility of accommodating 6 to 11 people.
