All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. A private Jacuzzi, with cold water, is offered in one of the bedrooms. Living Room & Dining Area (First Floor) There is one spacious living room. Include AC, TV, Wi-Fi, and Karaoke for entertainment purposes. Comes with a dining area and an attached balcony. KITCHEN (Reheating access) Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. It is equipped with all essentials such as microwave, kettle, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN (Shared) There is a 10,000 sq. ft lawn. It can seat up to 40 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space and a large swing. POOL (Private) There is a private outdoor pool. The pool is 24 ft x 12 ft with a depth of 4ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. There is a fully equipped bar with a sit-out space for celebrations. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Please note that this is a 3BHK unit of a larger 6BHK property. Guests will have access to three rooms and shared spaces. Other things to note - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire experience is available for Rs 1000 per session. - Complimentary EV charging is available for guests at the property. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
