It is 3bhk flat.3private rooms .you will get 1 private room room . other 1 rooms are for other guests' occupancy or host( I don't live in the stay home, may come to check the property or any maintaince service is needed ). Every private room has attached bathroom, TV and Ac,hot water. only the kitchen and living room are shared. 2 no Wifi available . Room matches 90% to the photos ,economical price and decent room. NOT 100% perfect LIKE 5 or 4 start hotels. The space you can only expect budget friendly and decent stay. area 120sft aprox. Please don't expect 100% perfect appreance of the stay. like 5 star or 4 star hotel. to extent the of 90% you expect when compare to the photos I listed. you can expect good stay not excellent stay like 5 star hotel. 98% pest free house. Guest access private room kitchen, living room, balcony. if I feel your usage causes any damage or disturbence or discomfort. you can expect objection from side. During your stay mostly through Airbnb message box. may communicate through whatapp or through call depending on situation. sometimes I may not respond immediately ,but try my level best to give fast response. Other things to note two single cot modified into one single a bit bigger than king size cot. read the house rules , I am keeping some kitchen rules and house rules only to maintain hygiene and hormony in the house. Depending on situation some changes may happen, explain the situation I may do some changes in the rules. 99% I will try to void to change. room area: 120 sft. if Ac and lights and water running in bathrooms fails to work after reporting more 4hr then ..100% full refund against cancelation of booking. No refund or cancelation of booking for failure of wifi or TV any provision or amenities which mentioned in listing. Will try to serve sincerely.
